We’re Hiring an Administrative Assistant!
RE/MAX of Nanaimo Property Management is currently looking for a permanent, full time, Administrative Assistant.
The individual will be responsible for maintaining and managing the administrative duties in a busy property management office, assisting and supporting team members. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little supervision. Organized, strong attention to detail with efficient follow-up skills, some bookkeeping and general office administration. Must also possess a keen sense of customer service, ability to work within a team, multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years experience in an office administrative role
· Excellence in delivering customer care
· Highly organized
· Able to create, maintain and follow systems and use Excel software
· Driven towards constant improvement and collective success
· A solution provider
· Ability to problem-solve, excellent attention to detail and highly-organized
· Professional standards with impeccable phone mannerisms
· Must have a valid BC Driver Licence
