About Me

Marlon has over 10 years experience in Property Management.  Originally from Chilliwack, Marlon and his wife Anna-Maria moved to Washington State in 1993 until their return in 2006 when they decided to call beautiful Vancouver Island home.

In 2008 he obtained his Trading Services License and practised as a REALTOR for a couple years before obtaining his Property Management License and dedicating himself to Property Management.  In 2010 Marlon and his wife Anna-Maria opened the Property Management Division in the Cowichan Valley for a large independent real estate company.  After 10 years in the Cowichan Valley, they relocated to a Property Management Company in Sooke where they managed a diverse portfolio covering Sooke, Victoria, and the Cowichan Valley.

Marlon has a diverse background including experience with working with trades and construction having self-contracted the construction of two homes.   Marlon has a drive for continuous improvement and providing superior a customer experience
