Nanaimo Rentals and Property Management COVID-19 Office Update
Out of concern for our staff and community in light of COVID-19 Office, we’ve chosen to temporarily close our office to the public until further notice. Office visits are not permitted. Please do not drop by the office to speak to your Property Manager.
Rest assured, we are still working to serve you remotely and can be reached. To have your questions answered call us at 250-751-1223 or email [email protected]. For those who need to drop-off items, we have a mail box where items can be deposited at the main door of RE/MAX of Nanaimo.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process debit payments at this time. We have, however, made several options available to you for rent and utility payments.

2) Cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order
Drop off to the mail box at the main RE/MAX entrance. Please ensure the funds are placed in an envelope with ‘Rentals’ marker on the front that includes your name and address.
3) Automatic Withdrawal
If this is the best option for you, please contact the office at 250-751-1223 and we will send you a form through a program called DocuSign. Once you have electronically signed the form you will also need to send us a copy of your banking information i.e. void cheque or PDF from your online banking.
All staff members will be communicating via phone calls and emails regardless of whether they are in the office or not. Should you have paperwork we require, it can be scanned and sent to us via email or can be put through the mail slot located at 1-5140 Metral Drive, Nanaimo BC.
